Refund policy
At Dos Santos Atelier, we take great care to provide you with high-quality garments and the best shopping experience possible so you are delighted with your purchase.
We guarantee you will receive your order in optimal conditions. However, if you find any sizing errors or the item does not fit you as expected, we will be happy to help you with your return.
We do accept returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. After your return request has been approved, you must send the returned items in their original condition including all tags and packaging. Dos Santos Atelier will be unable to offer you an exchange or store credit on items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled, altered, or damaged.
Upon receipt of the item and verification that it is in optimal condition, we will proceed with the garment exchange or offer you store credit that you can apply toward a new purchase. We currently do not offer refunds.
Return for Exchange
We will offer an exchange within seven (7) business days after receiving the returned item. We create each piece by hand, pouring our soul into it, ensuring the highest quality and pampering to detail. To maintain our commitment to sustainability, we produce our garments in limited quantities once you place your order. This means each garment is made specifically for you, making it special.
Return for store credit.
Returns will be processed and converted into store credit within three (3) business days from the date we receive the returned item. Store credit will be issued after deducting return shipping costs and any applicable taxes on shipping. This credit will never expire, giving you the flexibility to use it whenever you are ready. Whether you are looking for another garment in our collection or want to explore new arrivals, your store credit will be there, patiently waiting to be applied towards your next purchase.
Items not eligible for an exchange or store credit
- Final sale or discounted items.
- Returned items deemed not to be resalable.
- Free gifts, items purchased through a special offer, or promotional items with retail value.
Shipping costs & responsibilities
Dos Santos Atelier does not cover shipping costs of returned items nor exchanged items; these are at the buyer's expense. Any items returned to us after the time stated in our policy, will be returned at the customer's expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number, please contact your carrier for any delivery inquiries. Dos Santos Atelier will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes international orders may incur in some countries. Returned to the sender costs will be the customer's responsibility.
